Nature First is operated in the United States. We DO NOT share personally identifiable information with third parties except as described in the “Service Providers” and “Legal Disclaimer” sections below.

13. Service Providers 
We use other third parties such as Shopify Plus, Shopify Payments, United Parcel Service, and Klaviyo to provide shopping cart, shipping, credit card processing and email list management on our Website. When you sign up for mailing lists or order items online, we will share name, email addresses, shipping address, and credit card information as necessary for such third party to provide that applicable service.

14. Intellectual Property Rights
Nature First and our affiliates, licensors, partners and content providers are the owners of all the trademarks and of the copyright in the materials used on the Website. Third parties are not allowed to use any of the trademarks, logos and identifying marks without our express written consent, or to reproduce any or all of the content of the Website.
